Wrestling-First Post
Attention all wrestling lovers! My name is Craig Foster, and I’ve been involved in the sport of wrestling for some 38 years, the past 27 as a coach. I am currently the head wrestling coach at Blaine High School in Washington. Along with teaching and coaching, I have a business called Cauliflower Publishing (www.cauliflowerear.com), which produces the only amateur wrestling greeting cards in the world (as far as I know). Cauliflower also offers posters, prints, t-shirts and other great products. I love everything about wrestling, and I also enjoy writing. Future posts will feature thoughts on competition, training, history, life lessons, weight control, motivation, NCAA action, high school wrestling, technique, conditioning, products, coaching, sports parenting, interesting stories, and more.
